Thanks to just in time inventory control, you can’t get anything reliably in this country. Right now I’m looking for barley to use in soup. The store that I always bought it at has stopped carrying it.

property and excise have got the most fascinating markings.

i’ve always been partial to black cats, but seem to be inundated with them at the moment. i suppose that’s another of those things i can file under be careful what you wish for.

i do like the corncob litter, but can’t seem to find it reliably or cheaply here.

As normal, she is smaller than her brothers, but that doesn’t mean much as she makes up in speed what she lacks in size. Ballerina is right. The picture I was trying to get was her throwing the toy into the air and leaping to catch it. She decided to lay down when she noticed me.

Actually the boys don’t do much scratching, but Dot and Property make up for it. Dot does it from outside with a few dainty swipes, but Property uses all four paws.

I switched to a corncob based litter to avoid the slipping and sliding associated with clay-based litter on a damp bathroom floor.

My bathroom is always ankle deep in cat litter, even with only the two (very active) cats.
