I don't have a link, but I do have a copy of the cartoon. FWIW, Florida is far from the only state with difficulties conducting a fair election. A few minutes spent at BlackBoxVoting.org should convince most fair-minded people of that. It's not the placement of the bolts. It's the screws. FWIW, Florida is far from the only state with difficulties conducting a fair election. A few minutes spent at BlackBoxVoting.org should convince most fair-minded people of that.

We have managed to screw up the scheduling, making a ballot, marking a ballot, counting ballots, and determining who's eligible to vote - pretty much a clean sweep.
