Actually it the light, as we finally have some after days of gloom, Jill. Her pupils are nearly closed and she is still having to half close her eyes. She'll learn that the grub comes at noon [dry] and five [wet] eventually, although I admit she occasionally scores an extra treat. The "veterans" know the schedule and do not unduly discomfort themselves on the off chance something might appear.
