Jams, give it a few years and they might be, depending on the ocean currents. Imagine the “jet set” moving from Monaco to Brighton for a tan.

The mocking birds don’t share your view, Jill. They have been attacking at his former location on the pump house. I assume they have a nest in that tree.

I walk about the area, but we have a lot of large trees on the property so it is in the shade, and the daily thunderstorms keep the temperature down to some degree.

I’m trying to get a picture of the littermate of this cat, because the striping is broken into dots. Very distinctive looking little boy, who tends to hide somewhere during the day.

That slab in the shade after 10 in the morning so it stays relatively cool, and there are no extra fleas or ants to bother your rest.

I sympathize with the young cat. We had one cooler day here in Houston thanks (I presume) to Edouard, but now it’s 79°F even after midnight. My good intentions of a daily walk rarely overcome the heat.
