The blue is generally available, it is the pattern that isn’t being expressed in most cases, or both colors are coming in as blue, rather than blue and white.

well, here's a nifty little time-waster for ya. looks like two chocolates, if they're both carrying the dilute gene, can produce lilacs [pale gray] although this little one looks darker than that. ah, it looks like various mixtures of tortoiseshells and reds/creams can produce solid blues too. cool.

We currently have no all blacks of any kind. The last one was not part of the clan, and has disappeared.

There are two in the litter, plus two gray and whites. It’s odd, but they discriminate in play, i.e. the blues play with each other and the gray & whites are separate.

The poor thing still isn’t focusing properly, and it was the first time it had encountered a flash. I was well back using the “telephoto” built-in to my camera, so it wasn’t blinding.
