The vet story was about an earlier cat. There is a snowball’s chance in hell that I would ever be able to trap Lucrezia.

Luchia, on the other hand, was a sweetheart until she had her little episodes.

Dot is a sweetheart, until you try to put her in the cat carrier. I use a medium dog carrier for her, because if she gets a paw on anything until she is inside, she becomes all claws and teeth.

With Sox the problem is getting him out of the carrier in a strange location.

When I see the videos of cat shows with people just picking cats up and moving them around with ease, all I can think is “how come I’ve never encountered a cat like that?”

Lucrezia at the vet reminds me of Kaylee at the vet… all sweet curiosity until the tech tried to handle her, then *slash, slash, YIKE!*.

Kaylee has mellowed out considerably since then, however, and I suppose Lucrezia never will.

Hipparchia, good candidate for an alpha, but a lightning fast paw would help with advancement.

I would have Ted watch his back, Jams, as the original Lucrezia was well known for the men in her life expiring at a young age.

She has potential, LK, but she hasn’t interacted with the elders of the tribe. They will give her free run for another month, then she will learn her place in the social ranking,

the painted concrete block would be a bit more of a challenge than stucco, i would think.

i’ve always liked the name lucia, but i don’t think it applies to anyone here at chez hipparachia [other than me]. lucrezia might be overly evil for mine, but i was at one point considering lizzie.
