Okay, this thing clearly doesn’t meet any kind of aviation safety standards. The engine you built is not FAA certified and you’ve submitted no computerized structural analysis or wind tunnel testing to the FAA. I’m sorry, Wilbur and Orville, but if you try to take this thing off the ground we’re going to have to arrest you and put you in jail for endangering the public.

… and there is no record of the pilot having a license to fly this class of aircraft.

The Wright Brothers were actually pioneers in the use of ‘wind tunnels’ and refined the wing shape based on their testing.
