Currently about 495 miles [ 800 km] East of Antigua.

The storm has encountered dry air which is preventing it from strengthening.

A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Anguilla, Saba, St Eustatius, and St Maartin.

A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for Barbuda, St Kitts, Nevis, Antigua, Montserrat, Guadeloupe, St Martin, St Barthelemy, Puerto Rico, the U.S Virgin Islands, and British Virgin Islands.
