Movement: East-Southeast [120°] near 5 mph [ 7 kph].
Maximum sustained winds: 40 mph [ 65 kph].
Wind Gusts: 50 mph [ 80 kph].
Tropical Storm Wind Radius: 80 miles [130 km].
Minimum central pressure: 1007 mb.

Currently about 190 miles [ 310 km] East-Southeast of Charleston, South Carolina.

Julia is going to hang around just off the coast for a few more days. This afternoon’s Hurricane Hunter reports that Julia has regained tropical storm strength.
