Both Tech Dirt and The Reg have a hard time figuring out what qualifies Rudy Giuliani to lead any kind or type of CyperSecurity operation. This is the guy who ignored the advice of his emergency management officials and moved New York City’s emergency operations center to 7 World Trade Center, which was demolished, in no small with the assistance of thousands of gallons of diesel fuel stored for the emergency generators when the Towers fell.
The web presence of Giuliani’s consulting business is about as unsecured as it can be, and will probably be hacked by script kiddies for giggles and grins. This is the guy who administration bought radios for first responders that didn’t work in high rise buildings, so I have to question the existence of any qualifications for the job.

Well, DUH!! Why the hell would ANYONE think for a second that Trumpet want’s good cybersec??! LMAO Of course not! They might actually discover something Trumpet doesn’t want discovered! And the same with ALL his other appointments!
People seem to be under some crazy assumption that Trumpet may actually want to get things done! No… He wants to stop things being done and ensure he has people to blame when they don’t get done! LOL All he wants is to rob the treasury & get away with raping & pillaging!

I doubt Trump is going to use e-mail or other electronic communication. He has already indicated that he uses printed documents and couriers in business. Other than his Twitter fixation, I don’t think he and ‘cyber’ will ever meet. His freak show has already ’caused’ the circus to quit, so there are a lot of professional clowns unemployed because of the GOP amateurs taking their jobs. 😈
