A “Space Force”? Really? Why isn’t the US Air Force Space Command sufficient? Is he aware it exists?
Until he funds a replacement for the space shuttle there is no reason to start designing new uniforms. AFSC has been around for more than 3 decades. There are treaties that we have signed that prohibit militarizing space, not that treaties or laws will slow down the Schmuck-in-Chief.
The latest polls show two-thirds of US voters don’t like separating children from their parents. If you can’t convince your own wife, or Laura Bush, or all of the members of your own party in Congress that your policy is a good idea during an election year, maybe you’re wrong.
This will cost Republicans one or both houses of Congress, but that doesn’t make up for the pain of and trauma of the parents and children.

The stench that’s rising out of all this is very much like the wafting odors from Pete Wilson’s (former CA governor) prop 187. According to the Cato institute that proposition turned California blue. Prop 187 in comparison to the Trump policies was mild legislation, There will be a reckoning.
Pete was the mayor of San Diego when I lived there. Then he was Senator and finally governor. He screwed the Republican Party with 187.
Jefferson Beauregard hasn’t found anyone of any stature in the Christian community to support his reading of Romans 13, or any Biblical justification for kidnapping children.

He just caved to the pressure and issued the order to stop separating families at the border. Now is the time he should ask for Steven Miller’s resignation, as Miller was the prime mover for the policy. He also looks like Count Orlok from Nosferatu, so it is time for him to take his coffin to Faux News.
Melania did make a statement decrying the separation, but then went the “both sides do it” route. As the First Lady and an immigrant she had standing to do a hell of a lot more… assuming she still sees and talks to her husband.
That’s the usual *smoke and mirrors* from the GOP. It doesn’t rescind the order detaining people at the borders. I suspect the plan is to detain the entire families but now it will seem the lesser evil and not so bad.
I have no sympathy for Melania. She is a hypocrite in too many ways. Four First Ladies (Rosalynn Carter, Hillary Clinton, Laura Bush, and Michelle Obama) got together to condemn the practice strongly. Melania was invited to join them but was conspicuously absent.
Melania may be restrained by a prenuptial agreement and/or a non-disclosure agreement. If not she should take her kid, return to New York City, and find a rabid pitbull of a divorce attorney.
A Space Force that doesn’t even have a way to get people into orbit hardly sounds very impressive!

Your army shouldn’t be required to hitchhike to the “war zone”. We need a reliable launch vehicle but he doesn’t want to spend the money to achieve that goal.
