And you’re staying put, I’ll bet….be careful!

If I thought there was any real danger I would be gone. I have to be able to vote against some people and policies next month 😈

I appreciate your concern. 🙂

I would hope that you’d be back by then! lol

Batten down the hatches….

At 4PM CDT all of the Warnings have been canceled for me, so I can get back to real life, if there is such a thing…

I was asking your brother and sister-in-law about you and the hurricane. They pointed me to this blog of yours, stating that we seem to have a similar sense of humor. I didn’t know I had one!

She asked me if I had “power and expected to keep it”. I responded “Unless there’s a coup…”

I remember the trip we made down here in your Dad’s convertible. Those were some good times. I couldn’t believe he let you have a convertible to get in trouble on Florida beaches.

Yes, we do have a similar sense of humor. It was your Dad’s influence…

Glad to see you have your sense of humor and your roof intact! Hope your kitties are safe!

We are alive and well with utilities. There is a wide swath of damage across the Panhandle and there will be more in Georgia and the Carolinas. Only one known death so far.

If I had been in Panama City, I would have left last weekend. The forecasting has been consistent and there was an aircraft in the storm for most of its live. Some people can’t take a hint and they were lucky not to die.

I appreciate your concern. Hurricanes are a good deal more predictable than wildfires or earthquakes. 🙂
