The people she’s bringing in are tied to the Religious Reich in a no-holds-barred attempt to bring out the base to keep this from being a total rout. The national party is dumping all over her, and if she establishes a firm connection to the religious base, the national party could have a problem in other Southern states.

That “tell all” is looking more likely every day. They should have given her the post in Switzerland, rather than Cheney’s hunting partner. She is actually qualified for the job. I have an extreme dislike for her, but she has prepared herself. If she didn’t have a terminal case of “Scarlett O’Hara entitlement”, she was qualified for Foreign Service.

Both national parties are proving to be really incompetent regarding local races.
