In the old days, while it was still a church with a real pastor, and not a media empire with a star, the Rev. Smith asked if people could park along my Mother’s driveway, and she said yes.
These people have taken over an entire block and cut down all of the big trees for a parking lot. No one in town goes to the church, but the people who do just assume they have a right to park wherever they feel like.
They are rude.
The last time they complained about the sprinklers, I sent them a copy of the new Florida law about shooting people who annoy you.
The people in the rental duplexes behind my Mother’s are Pentecostals who regard Baptists as Satanists, so there won’t be any “hostile” witnesses.
It’s hard to believe that at one time there really was one catholic Christian Church.
]]>Please, please, PRETTY PLEASE try to get a photo of that posted some day!
]]>You are subtle in your payback, just as you said in a recent post!
I visit NTodd’s site about as often as I visit yours; I’m doing my part.
]]>And hope you had a Happy Easter!
