Well, they definitely needed to be in somebody’s custody, because Liberty City is not the place to set up a “cult” unless you are several bricks short of a load, but they were more of a danger to themselves. If they didn’t have weapons it was only because everyone knew they were too crazy to sell guns to, which is pretty far gone in Miami.
The White House was really reaching to try to spin this as a terrorist cell. The lack of terrorists is really making the “GWOT” look rather silly, especially with the Canadians arresting terrorists.
