It is past the time when Israel got jerked to a halt. If they want to stop getting attacked, they could try returning to their own borders and talking to their neighbors to settle a few of the disputes. The Ba’athists in Syria are not nice people, but they aren’t the worst people who could be in charge of the country.

The Shi’ia in Iraq could get really ugly at any time if this keeps up.

I’m surprised Bolton didn’t introduce a resolution condeming the Palestinians, Hezbollah, Syria, and Iran for…. anything.

The Israeli lobby is really going to do us in. If Syria is hit by Israel and gets into things, Iran could be next… No wonder Iran wants nukes, they probably want to at least be able to tell Israel knock it off or we’ll nuke you (not a good thing, but at this point Israel listens to no one – and that includes us).
