As you say, the whole country is awash with the contents of Saddam’s weapons dumps, every house is permitted an AK-47 and a pistol, there are tons of high explosives gone missing because there were no troops available to guard them. It’s a mess.

It’s liking locking yourself inside the cage with the hungry tiger.

I’m sure they’ll be careful not to cut through the sewer, water, and gas lines as they dig these trenches, just like the public works people in the West. [/snark]
