His point concerning complaints about the actions of the Israeli government being considered out of bounds in the US, ignoring the opinion of a large portion of the Israeli population, was spot on. Opposing the policies of a government is not criticizing a country or its people. I would certainly hope the world understands the difference between our government and the people of the US.

And if Jimmy Carter would have the job, he’d be the first, best choice.

I heard that interview. I was especially appalled that the White House wouldn’t let him visit Syria.
