If they didn’t do this the people who rent “skyboxes” at the sports stadiums might have to pay sales tax like the peons in the cheap seats.

Or maybe how some of the soldiers are held together by bolts….

Does any money from this plate design actually help the veterans? That would be at least better than those damned yellow ribbon magnets…

My only concern is the bottom banner is often hidden by a plate frame and the bolt holes cut into the message.
