What is allowed is pretty damn borderline as far as I’m concerned, and to find out that they aren’t even doing the minimum is way over the line.

Every time there’s a new problem, they decide they need another “Tsar” to deal with it. As someone who is all too familiar with Tsars going back to Ryurik in Novgorod in the 9th century, I’m not comforted by their track record.

Obvious question: shouldn’t they have been doing this all along? Why in the world should they have to create a special position for something that should be an essential part of their mission? Oh the incompetence.
