this was depressing news, and my local democrats are mostly DINOs, when they exist at all, which just depresses me even more. on the bright side, i found an article about the impact of florida’s refusing to follow the primary rules that cheered me up so much i blogged about it.

BTW…Did you changer your font size? Tis very tiny all of a sudden ..and I can make it larger in Firefox…but seems odd that the font type would be so different. 🙂

My sentiments as well. I will help local Democratic candidates, many of whom are deserving of my help and not in any meaningful way associated with the recent capitulation of Reid, Pelosi and company… but I am regularly shredding the DNC fundraising mailers I receive once a week or so. Until the Democratic Party returns to its roots as defender of the little guy and gal against our wholly owned rulers doing the bidding of the wealthy, powerful and uncaring… they can do without my money. IOW, congressional Democrats screwed up… bigtime.

I may not be quite as disillusioned as Cindy Sheehan, but then again I don’t have nearly as much on the line as she has had from the beginning. I believe congressional Dems owe her a deep apology, and I hope they see her departure as a wake-up call. But I’m not holding my breath for that to happen.
