I haven’t found one, Andrew, but there has to be a mug shot from his last arrest. i’m sure is family have posted a picture somewhere, but I can’t find it.

The Tijuana Police are in a major mess right now, so they aren’t going to be much help and he isn’t going to know to walk North, because he probably doesn’t know where North is.

Anybody know of where a picture of this person can be found?

We all need to help his family find this man. We understand their situation and Pedro most likely answered “yes” to all questions as most people with his disability do most of the time (we have relatives with disabilities as well).

This is outrageous and absolutely his family needs to be compensated but most importantly their son needs to be found.
