Gas masks and water-wings could become the new fashion accessories.

Stay safe and keep the ocean in sight.

The ash is falling like snow. There’s white stuff everywhere…sometimes an inch think. The lungs are not having fun of late.

We’re just hoping the fire doesn’t destroy a major link to our power grid and sweep on down the mountain toward the city. It’s getting real close. We’re holding our breath and crossing our fingers.

The last aircraft was a B-26, which was used from World War II through Vietnam for low level missions.

If you get a thunderstorm, the temperature drops 15° and the humidity eases off.

There are a lot of things I would like to do, but that will not get done until this passes.

Plus the two to five+ inches of rain that fell last night across my home county, with more expected tonight and Thursday.

You can’t live under a flight path and not get the soot from the jet fuel.

I, for one, am staying indoors until sometime this evening.
