It’s picked up at the docks, moved to a warehouse and then sent out to retail stores.

All you would have to do is take one item and test it to have found most of the problems that have been encountered. A chemical analysis while it was still in the warehouse and before it makes it into the distribution system.

Refusing a shipment is a hell of a lot cheaper than having a recall.
