They support their party’s mistake in the White House so Limbaugh and the slime patrol don’t attack them.

They had better get their heads around the fact that they may only get his supporters to vote for them in 2008, and you aren’t going very far with <30% of the vote.

The "base" is alienating minorities, moderates, and pretty much anyone who isn't a WASP, and you can't get elected in most places with no more support than that, no matter how you game the voting machines.

And, I ask of Boehner…what price is HE PERSONALLY paying for troops to be in Iraq. Is he giving up driving? Is he giving up FEDExing stuff or flying to and fro from DC (airplanes use fuel)? Is he willingly paying more in Income Tax to make sure the soldiers are properly equipped?
