The MSNBC video is always crappy. They really need to get with the program if they what to be a “player”.

KO is right. The Hedgemony is hiding behind the military and it really pisses me off on two levels – the military shouldn’t let it happen, and the people shouldn’t put up with it.

Fallenmonk, it is absurd that the best reporting and commentary on television is coming from comedians and sportscasters.

Annoyed is putting it rather mildly. It sure would be nice if more of the media talking heads had the nerve to tell it like it is.

Olbermann described the lines typically crossed on the path to a "military junta" ... his words, not mine... and points to Bush's use of Petraeus to do his political dirty work as a step across the first of those lines. IIRC, Olbermann actually uses the word "dictatorship." By the way, late last night, the MSNBC video failed. I was able to see the clip at the always useful Crooks and Liars.
