Threat of a counter-suit along with a folder filled with receipts, an OEM contract for the software, and box of valid and registered copies of the software ended that foolishness.
I’m tired of dealing with corporate paranoia.

The structure is easier modify because it hasn’t been repeatedly hacked by multiple people and is consistent.

I’m not just saying that because that is what I use. I’ve used allot of other themes and Neoclassical is structured to be easily read by google and other search engines thereby increasing your traffic. I’ve seen it proven statistically with my page hits over the course of this year.
