The only security issue I’ve seen on FF3 is not something that would ever affect me, as I don’t visit the sites that might provoke the behavior, so I’ll probably shift to it.
]]>FWIW, last night, a FF3 notification appeared that the JavaScript debugger, updated for FF3, was available. I installed it but haven’t had occasion to try it yet. Presuming it works, that’s the one essential add-on for people who do AJAX development. (These days, that does not include me.) It is a good sign that they updated it so quickly.
]]>Weird, but tonight, for an hour your site was acting like mine, refusing to be found.
]]>Yep. I’m taking the chance only because I have no critical work in front of me. A couple of people out there have claimed they have hacks for FF3, but I haven’t seen any actual reports that make me quake in my boots, and to this point, in ordinary use, it’s been rock-solid. Then again, I haven’t seen any must-have new features, either. It is, though, noticeably faster than FF2.
]]>In other news, I have some good news. finally.
]]>I’ll wait to see if you guys crash and burn before I try it. You get sliced and diced a lot on the leading edge.
]]>I love the Spell Check feature. No more tyops!
]]>FWIW, it’s not all .us domains. I ran across another blog in .us the other day; there was no delay in loading it.
]]>That could be a problem. Today has been pretty good, but some days the ‘Net doesn’t want to recognize my existence. I’m about ready to buy another domain just to see if I can get better response.
