The water in the Western Caribbean and the Bay of Campeche is still warm, which is why they are the most probable areas for storms to spring from.

I know what you mean, Jack. The rest of the country is watching the leaves change and getting their furnaces serviced while we are still looking for tropical storms. You are looking for snow shovels and we are still cutting grass.
