It’s really a summer salad, but no reason why it can’t be used any time. 🙂

I’m slowly going through my boxes, though that will be somewhat delayed now as I did a hamstring in mt right thigh yesterday. *sigh* Thank God for codeine! 😉 I’m not having a fun year. *shrug* 🙂

We had some great Christmas recipes, and I want to dig them out. I’ll post them when I find them. 🙂

Because we have Christmas in summer here, our *traditional* Christmas is a bit different. We typically have Christmas Lunch rather than dinner, though lunch can last all afternoon! LOL Typically it includes roast turkey, chicken, leg of ham, lot’s of king prawns and crayfish (lobster), and several salads. 🙂 They turkey & chicken may be hot out of the oven or cooked the day before and served cold (especially if it’s a hot day). My mom used to make the traditional English Christmas pudding around June. Takes at least 6 Months to really set! LOL I miss those. 🙂
