I was in basic training marching on an asphalt parade field during July and August in San Antonio, and the barracks weren’t air conditioned. Some days you lost your boots to the asphalt.

Agreed on all four cities, Bryan! Actually, IMHO, Dallas has a worse summer, because in addition to being 100°F+ in the shade, it's dry much of the time. I was once stuck in Wichita Falls waiting for my bus to be repaired. Now that was Hell! There are a lot of different climates in Texas, but I wouldn’t recommend the air in Houston, the summer in San Antonio, the winter in San Angelo, and any time in Wichita Falls.

If it includes the majority of evangelical leaders, it is hell by my definition. The thought of an eternity listening to those whackos makes the odor of brimstone inviting.

If there were justice, heaven would be a small neighborhood pub.
