The average rainfall for February is 0.11 inches. So far we have had 3.03 inches with more on the way today. I think 30 times as much as is normal is rather excessive and we don’t have any way of storing it or shipping it somewhere, where it is wanted.

Climate change appears to be happening faster than we thought… that is, if you believe in that sort of thing.
