Our drinking water comes from the aquifer fed by the mountains in northern Alabama; we have no dams or reservoirs; our major “agricultural” product is pine for wood pulp. It is totally wasted on us, because we should be getting a ¼-inch a month during the winter and spring, not a ½-inch an hour.

OT: They are wildflower pics from all over for Spring.

Howe come everyone is getting way too much rain, and we can’t get a drop? Crazy.

And the money hungry greedy, ignorant, selfish, morons still insist there is nothing wrong, or if there is, there’s nothing we can do about it so why bother.

I hope everyone in the flooded areas stays safe! Good luck everyone.

South and Central Florida still haven’t had any rain and are on water rationing in some areas.

About 5 inches of rain so far in the last couple of days and now it seems some thunderstorms are coming our way. No tornadoes but we are under a flash flood watch. Keeping the cats off the lap when in a thunderstorm is probably a good idea.
