Income has a habit of making a bee-line for my office chair at night for scratches as I evict him to get to the computer. I have to be careful because it usually spins when he lands.

Only when their younger, Badtux, and only during the cool weather. They slim down during the summer, but they are fed well to preserve some of the bird life in the area. I up the fat content in the food during the winter, and cut back when it gets warmer.

curmudgeon cat is a helper cat extraordinaire. two of the interloper cats have turned out to be helper cats too. the black one has figured out where i stash the car keys and always manages to be right there when i come home from work, so that i have drape my arm over him as i drop the keys into the basket-that-holds-everything [keys, leash, cell phone, flashlight, extra batteries, plastic baggies]. hipparchia´s last blog post..more fabulous than you

I have the scars to prove that I deal with some really nasty characters that try to kill you even as you are rescuing them from their own stupidity.

He has his spats built in on all four feet, just like his mother who is grey and white.

He is a lot of “help” when I work outside. Always in place to get his head scratched.

It’s a great snap. He looks to be a curious and fearless cat. They generally get on well with people, so long as the people treat them well. 🙂

Come on, guys, Spot is a sweetheart and Olympic purrer. That’s just his attempt at a “feed the poor starving kitty” look, which would require a serious diet to be believable.

Actually he was just unsure of what I was doing with the silver box, and hoping that it was food related.

The easiest way of telling whether a cat has a problem with you is the pupil of the eye. As part of their flight/fight response the pupil opens wide to provide the widest view, even in relatively bright conditions.
