They may have to go for a change of venue, because they have to be running out of jurors willing to sit through months of a trial, and who haven’t made up their mind about this case by now.

This case is a black eye to them, and I fully expect them to do another trial if this one ends in mistrial (once again).

Every new release on the reality of the War on Terror™ makes convictions on terror-related charges less likely. This case is a loser, and the US Attorney’s office should stop jousting at windmills.
