Nixon started it with an Energy Tsar [misspelled, of course].

Like many of the ideas of Nixon, the media have embraced his terminology and make any new position a “Caesar”, just as they append “-gate” to every aspiring scandal. It is a lazy shorthand, because writing out “Chief Technology Officer” or “Director of Information Systems Security” is too hard.

They ignore the reality that, just as Kazaki [Cossacks] “bow only to G-d and the Tsar”, the Tsar bows only to G-d. A Tsar creates laws, he doesn’t follow them.

Where did the recent American usage of that term originate, anyway? Do they put something in the coffee in Washington that makes these people… these repackaged tainted nuts… choose a title that almost never really applies appropriately?

If so, I want to tell them straight out: you don’t have to be a Tsar to be in my joe.

The package would be discarded and the effects would take a while to develop.

This is what greed does to people.

Given that the product seems to be distributed to airports and hotels, I’ll vote for sleazy.

The tainted nuts were simply repackaged.
