They pull this crap all the time in commercial deals, claiming espionage to pressure companies into making concessions. Companies should just pull out because you never end up making any real money dealing with the Chinese. Between the bribes and the other “special foreign fines”, Chinese government officials suck up all of the profits.

Luckily for us, Kevin Rudd didn’t get that memo, and he’s not John Howard either. And as he speaks almost fluent Cantonese & Mandarin, he knows what they are saying ‘behind his back’ as it were. 😉 😆

The Iranian government would love for someone, anyone, to get involved, so they can lay the blame on “foreign interference in internal affairs”, just like the Chinese always do.

You notice the Chinese reaction to the Australian government asking about the arrest of one of its citizens. No one is supposed to question what happens in China.

The Iranians do the same thing.

Yep! I said it wasn’t going to go away. the people there are well and truly fed up! 🙂

Now… if the USA can just keep their interfering cotton-picking hands off… the Iranian people might just have a chance! 😉
