It is hard to adjust to the absence, Steve. I still wake up in the middle of the night wondering why Koshka isn’t there, where she always was. It takes time, a lot of it.
OT: I just put Henri up. This morning the NHC didn’t think much of 91L’s chances of becoming a storm because of wind shear in the area keeping the upper level component from aligning with the lower circulation. Dr. Masters thought the chances were better, and was right. It may be down-graded, and then come back a couple of times.
My real concern in something just popping up in the Gulf. That happens a lot this time of the year.
]]>OT, take a look at T.S. Henri. It seems to have come up “out of nowhere,” awfully late, and you and I would do well to keep an eye on it (no pun intended).
