These are just the fumes, Steve, being carried by the winds that are getting ready to shift, which is going to mean headaches [literally] for Louisiana and Mississippi.

I’m used to it from having lived on Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls – wind from one direction was the refinery, and from the other was the stockyards. Spring and Summer you had tornadoes and hail to scrub the air. Wonderful place 😉

That would depend on whether “ugly” was used to describe appearance or attitude, Jams. On the attitude front I have met a few which is why I have an updated tetanus shot.
