Unlike every other business, the owners of Big Business aren’t personally liable for the corporation’s debts and deeds. Yet somehow this intervention, worth trillions of dollars to investors (since fewer people would invest if they had to risk their own personal assets to do so, thereby driving down the price of stocks), gets overlooked every time that someone rants about “government interference in the free market”. Funny how that works, isn’t it? 😈

It the bill generates revenue, it has to be originated in the House.

The GOP doesn’t want anything to pass, and we all know it. They want to prove that government can’t work.
