Tropical Storm Wind Radius: 260 miles [415 km].
Minimum central pressure: 1006 mb ↑.

Currently about 490 miles [ 790 km] East of the Leeward Islands.

The wind shear is really impacting the storm, but it managed to regain some strength through the afternoon.
