Their menu tree never has the choice I want, i.e. ‘the DSL is down’. They make you go through their set-up routine for their modem before you get to a person.

OWL, that’s apparently a new comedy show on Belgian TV, so I assume that people in throughout the country will know about it soon enough. With luck, the company may be embarrassed enough to attempt to fix their system.
