Well, charter schools have been so successful in scamming money from the state treasury in Florida, it is natural that the GOP in Alabama would like to import the scheme.

To start a charter school in Florida you don’t have to prove you can housebreak a puppy, but you can get thousands from the state to teach children.

Actually, people think I’m kidding when I say that when Alabama’s two Senators went to Washington, the average IQ in the state jumped up. Most Republicans hates taxes because they can’t understand arithmetic involving fractions. Rather than learning, they would rather yell ‘elitist’.
