]]>hipparchia, I am saddened to learn of Fluffy Black Dog’s departure. Sixteen is a ripe old age for any dog. May you be comforted by all the good memories of FBD and the kittens.
]]>Ms Underhouse is proving to be a very efficient hunter. She has stocked their larder with a bird, a mouse, and a squirrel to convince the kittens of the benefits of solid food. They seem to prefer the Kitten Chow and wet canned food I have provided, so I hope mama cat ceases and desists from further hunting of anything that isn’t a rodent.
]]>Hipparchia – I’m sorry to hear about Fluffy black dog. 16 years is quite a good run of fostering kittens, though. RIP FBD.
]]>Jams, you would never get close enough to touch them. They pop down the holes in the concrete blocks to avoid you, if they don’t just run away. They are feral.
