In reply to Steve Bates. He created a new one, as CG used a generic mayo for his shot, and a side order of snark to go with it. I would create it, and probably will for next year. I don't grab anything I can link to because I want people to get credit for their ideas.

BTW, BadTux had a copy of the “Sink-o de Mayo” photo on his WordPress site. I nabbed a copy; if you need one next year, and one or both of us are still alive, you know where you can get one.

Yes, that’s why I moved him to ‘vacation’, but a number of other Blogspot sites, like LabKat are also gone, so it may be the result of the latest upgrade.

It seems a shame to have a Cinco de Mayo without CultureGhost’s classic photo. I checked his site yesterday and it seemed to be gone. I have an hypothesis why that is so, but first let’s see if it returns…

Real Mexicans are just amazed at what takes place in the US for Cinco de Mayo. Most of them have never heard of the ‘holiday’, unless they live along the US border, or in the state of Puebla.
