It is encouraging to see young people engaged in any kind of public activity, even if it isn't considered 'serious' or 'political'. They are taking a risk, even if it is minor, and engaging in public activity, instead of hiding away in small groups out of sight. The price is nice, but I'm set for now. Well, Badtux, I did sing along, but all of my swords, etc. are in storage in my brother's basement in New York. I did consider buying a TARDIS computer case until I discovered you had to buy the whole computer, which is way over-priced for the components in it. The case isn't worth $1,500 with a intel duo-core, 8GB of RAM, and a 0.5 TB hard drive. They should sell the case alone, if they want to make some real money.

So Bryan, the part that annoyed the cats when you previewed the link, was that the part where you put on your own Viking helmet and started singing along with the Vikings? :).

(Yes, I know someone geeky enough to do such things. He also has a full-sized replica of the Tardis in his garden, heh!).

The kids obviously enjoyed themselves. Good to see! 😀 Some of the oldster’s were looking a bit worried (oe bewildered), but good to see everyone got into the spirit towards the end. 🙂

That is some amazing ‘close order drill’. It takes a lot of practice and professionalism to pull that off. It certainly beats ad posters that everyone will ignore, and generates free media. If Belgium had a functioning government, they would probably pass a law prohibiting such events, but the way things have been going, there is no immediate need for concern.

Of course the kids make it memorable, and the checkerboard floor makes it easy to find your ‘spot’.

The ‘audience’ was certainly part of the show…

Hmmm! Well, this is good timing! ;) :D I was sent this YouTube link about an *apparent* flash mob disrupting Antwerp Central Station. It was actually a promotion for "Looking for Mary". Still, it was funny and well done! :D I needed a laugh, so I decided to pass it on! (Watch it at full screen if you can). :lol: Central Station Antwerp goes wild!
