Because this is downright Nixonian. Shades of Cambodia! When B-52 bombers were carpet-bombing Cambodia in “secret” bombing. Secret from whom? Not from the Cambodians, who certainly figured out rather quickly that the giant eight-engine bombers dropping bombs on them weren’t exactly giant moths!
