CC put up with the rope for a while, but decided it clashed with her ensemble, so he finally gave up and lets her do her thing. My Mother raised CC after she was orphaned, but couldn’t keep her due to CC’s habit of hitting her behind the knee which almost made Mom fall a couple of times.
