I’m thinking of making a movie titled “Uneasy Rider” …
“People keep saying that I need to take care of this problem, so I’ll do it” – Bryan
(Pronounced very carefully…) To healTH with you, Bryan. The price of getting older seems to be the seeking of treatment for more and more things we once ignored but can no longer put off. Hope your procedure goes/went well.
]]>People keep saying that I need to take care of this problem, so I’ll do it, but they can forget the follow-up they want me to agree to. I want to see this problem solved before I go for any expansion.
]]>No comment RE: Texas (except that it’s the only US State I’ve been (semi-officially) banned from), which I went into detail about some time ago. I’m kinda proud of that actually! 😉 LOL
]]>As for pick-ups and bikes in West Texas – what is true for the cities and Interstates is not necessarily true for the small towns and Farm-to-Market roads. The bikes that most ‘motorcycle gangs’ ride are not well suited for the high-crowned, no-shoulder FM roads or the brush on both sides of them. The pick-ups usually have both a shotgun for snakes and rifle for everything else in the rack. Many of those who drive the pick-ups are crazy and/or drunk and might find running over bikers amusing, even if the bikers were armed.
]]>Supporters of guns for everybody from kindergarten to geriatric claim that an armed society is a polite society. I’m sure that with all these guns it was a very polite gunfight. Especially for those who ended up permanently polite. They’re dead too, of course, but let’s not ruin a great point with minor details, right?
