The Republicans just got the reality of a ‘Second Amendment solution’. They keep talking about violence as a solution, but it isn’t very comforting when you become the ‘target’. When you normalize the violent rhetoric of people like Ted Nugent, you are creating an atmosphere where violence is ‘an acceptable response’ to political differences.

The GOP gets its ideas from squirrels? Must be why their ideas are all nuts! The ironic thing about the Alexandria shooting is that the two black Capitol Police officers who attacked the ambush and killed the attacker were there as the security detail for a racist white Congressman best known for pal'ing around with David Duke.

You can buy a rifle easier than a phone in Virginia, and carry it openly.

The only one who died was the shooter, so it is a hell of a lot better than the massacre of two dozen elementary school children in Sandy Hook. Nothing changes. There will be a lot of sound and fury because Republicans were attacked, but not much when Democrats get shot.
